The Gift of Giving – Charities to donate too!

At Quality Air, we believe in the power of giving back and making a difference in the lives of others. We are dedicated to supporting charities and actively engaging with our local community. Through our philanthropic initiatives, we strive to create positive social change and address the needs of those less fortunate. Whether it’s organising fundraisers, volunteering our time, or donating resources, we are committed to making a lasting impact and improving the well-being of the community we serve.

How often should I service my air conditioner?

Once a year is usually enough for most homes. For commercial systems or heavy use, more frequent servicing may be recommended.

Do you service systems you didn’t install?
How long does a standard service take?

Most services take between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on the system size and condition.

What are the signs my system needs repairs?

If it’s not cooling or heating properly, making strange noises, leaking, or pushing out weak airflow — it’s time to get it checked.

Do you offer emergency call-outs?

We don’t offer 24/7 emergency work, but we respond quickly during business hours and aim to prioritise urgent issues.
