At Quality Air, we provide a complimentary 10-year warranty on all installation workmanship starting from the commissioning date of your air conditioning project. Additionally, this warranty includes a 5-year manufacturing warranty for the equipment.
10 year warranty
When choosing Quality Air as your ducted air conditioning specialist, rest assured that you’re receiving the finest ducted air conditioning solution available. We go beyond merely providing a 5-year manufacturing warranty for the equipment – we also extend a 10-year warranty for all installation workmanship (installation & labour), starting from the date your air conditioning project is commissioned.
We offer this warranty because we have complete confidence in the quality of the equipment we supply, allowing us to pass on this assurance to you. The 10-year warranty program holds a value of $799.00 and remains valid only if the unit is serviced in accordance with our recommendations.
Terms and conditions
This warranty excludes any damage cause by storm, severe weather, malicious damage vandalism, unauthorised workmanship, vermin or forces and circumstances outside of normal expected day-to-day running. The Quality Air Workmanship Warranty is only valid when the system has been serviced according by our servicing recommendations.
If this warranty is to be used, Quality Air is to be notified at the first instance to inspect the claim so arrangements can be made to rectify any faults that are deemed covered providing the equipment is serviced annually or as close as practicable by Quality Air. This service is payable to Quality Air.
