      • John Kirkpatrick
        Managing Director
        John is the owner of Quality Air which he created 1988. With the help of his three sons and a great team, 27 years later he is still going strong. He is constantly working on new projects and strives to help out where ever possible. He is an electrician, a refrigeration mechanic and mentor with over 30 years of commercial experience.

      • Jason Kirkpatrick
        Operations, Project & Purchasing Manager

        Jason oversees and maintains the constant flow of all business projects and work sites. He managers the installation fitters and has numerous years of experience at Quality Air proving to be fundamental to the business success. Jason has been working at Quality Air since 2002.

      • Nigel Kirkpatrick
        Electrical and Refrigeration Technician 

        Nigel is a highly skilled air conditioning installer. He provides superior customer service and is a qualified electrician, refrigeration mechanic and first aid officer. Nigel has been working at Quality Air since 1999 .

      • Lyle Kirkpatrick
        Sales, Service & Maintenance Manager
        Lyle prides himself on his ability to work with customers creating the perfect plan to install ducted air conditioning in their homes or offices. He is studying to be an electrician which shows commitment to further enhance his knowledge of air conditioning along with his long term experience. Lyle has been working at Quality Air since 2008 .

      • Cameron Eade
        Installer & Air Conditioning Fitter
        Cameron is a qualified electrician, Refrigeration Mechanic and First Aid Officer. He also leads the team on work sites and oversees all construction. Cameron has been working in the air conditioning industry since 2007.

      • Graham Clayton
        Installer & Air Conditioning Fitter
        Graham has been installing air conditioning units in residential and commercial situations since 2002. He is currently studying to become and qualified refrigeration mechanic so he can not only install air conditioning but also work on any repairs that may arise while on the job.

      • Ryan Hambridge
        Installer & Air Conditioning Fitter
        Ryan has been employed by Quality Air since 2012 and is a qualified refrigeration mechanic.

      • Liam Jensen
        Installer & Air Conditioning Fitter
        Liam is a Tradesman Assistant and has been employed by Quality Air since 2014. He is eager to learn and takes opportunities to better his knowledge about ducted air conditioning.

      • Ajomon Joy
        Service technician
        Known as AJ for short, he has been employed since 2015. He carries out all services for ducted and split system units and is constantly on the move from house to house or business to business. He is a qualified refrigeration mechanic and a restricted electrician.

      • Lauren Woodford
        Administration & Accounts Manager
        Lauren manages all financial accounts and administrative work for clients and air conditioning dealers. She also answers all in-coming calls as the lead receptionist. She is in charge of the Workplace Health & Safety Program. Lauren has been employed since 2015 and has a Certificate II in Business and a Certificate IV in Business Sales.

      • Robyn Gander
        Marketing & Design Executive
        Robyn is responsible for creating all print advertising and content for the business and company website using design programs. She also manages SEO and blog articles for the website using content management systems. As well as all social media content, advertising and promotions.  She is a double degree graduate with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and Literature. She has been employed since 2014.

      • Tandja Sutherland
        Sales & Service Support
        Tandja is the first point of contact for customers looking to schedule in a service or get a quote for air conditioning. She assists Lyle with securing leads and is an office all-rounder, answering in-coming calls and responding to customer inquiries. She has completed a short course in business administration, a Certificate III in travel, tourism and events management and a Certificate II in Library and information technology. Tandja is a recent addition to our team starting in 2017.
